Our expert counselling team can support you to gain a better understanding of your personal and emotional difficulties. They offer high quality, confidential one-off initial consultations, individual counselling, CBT, long-term counselling and therapeutic art groups, psycho-educational workshops and self-help resources.
Support for students with disabilities
We have specialist mental health, disability and neurodiversity teams which offer confidential, practical advice and support including recommendations for reasonable adjustments for disabled students or for those needing additional support.

Our experienced Academic Skills Team (AST) can be accessed by all students and provides individual study skills appointments, workshops, course embedded sessions and online resources to help you to learn more effectively and boost your performance.
